The Manny Lafont Scholarship was established to provide baseball opportunities and experiences to
underprivileged youth.

Manuel (Manny) V. Lafont, Jr., was passionate about baseball and helping those in need. Manny started
playing baseball at Bayland Park Little League at age five. He continued playing at Sharpstown High
School, Ranger Junior College, and Hill Junior College.

As a father, he shared his passion with his son and actively coached and mentored players and coaches.
We are privileged to continue his legacy by creating a scholarship fund in his honor.

Funds raised will support Bayland Park Little League, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your donation
helps fulfill Manny’s love for the game of baseball and for helping others.
